These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the fx999 platform and all its associated services. By using the fx999.lat website, registering, or accessing any service, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must be a legal individual capable of entering into a contract.
Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of account registration.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. Your password or access credentials must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fx999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. You may be asked to provide a national identity card or other identity documents when required. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. fx999 reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal request for the purpose of fraud prevention or investigation.

3.4 Account Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by fx999.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer is subject to specific expiry dates and game eligibility conditions.
A player may claim each bonus only once.
In cases of bonus abuse, fraud, or breach of terms, the bonus and associated winnings may be voided.
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all related accounts being closed.
fx999 reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus programme or discontinue it entirely.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the fx999 platform are operated by internationally certified software providers. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring fair and unbiased results.

Players must follow fair play principles. Any use of technical exploits, bots, or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
Taking any technical measures to influence game outcomes.
Using coordinated betting strategies with other players to gain undue advantage from the platform.
Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.

5.3 Technical Errors

Any results or rewards incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void, and fx999 reserves the right to reclaim or correct such amounts.

Restricted Persons & Prohibitions

The following persons are not permitted to use the fx999 platform:

Anyone under the age of 21.
Employees, contractors, or associates of fx999 and their immediate family members.
Anyone residing in a country or region where accessing online gaming or betting services is legally prohibited.
Anyone whose account has previously been suspended or closed by fx999 and who wishes to open a new account during the restriction period.
Anyone who has enrolled in a Self-Exclusion programme, either personally or through a guardian.

Account Suspension & Closure

fx999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Breach of these Terms or any specific game or bonus rules.
Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
Non-cooperation with the identity verification process or provision of false information.
Operating multiple accounts.

11.2 Account Closure by the Player

Any player may request to close their account by contacting the support team. Any valid balance must be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms before the account is closed.
